  • Student records maintenance
  • Student Permanent Transcripts
  • Scholarship Applications: Local/private
  • New Student Registration grades K-12
  • Sets up on-site visits for college representatives
  • Updates addresses, emails and other student/parent information in the school database
  • Collect fees for PSAT (sophomores and juniors) and AP exams
  • Helps to coordinate 504 plans
  • Assist with High School Athletic Eligibility.  Coordinates student applications for NCAA collegiate eligibility.
  • Guidance Correspondence: Emails/mails important information from the Guidance Office.  Make sure Mrs. Young has your email address on file in order to receive important electronic information.
