1. One-year instructional program for seniors in partnership with business and industry that helps to prepare students for their individualized career goal

2. Students can be matched with businesses that meet their career interests and skills.

3. Provide skills training and and employability guidance (interview,portfolio,resume,financial literacy and other industry certified programs)

4. Similar to work release where students complete needed high school credits at FHS and go to work at a local business. 

5. Paid, Industry 'Hard-Skill' Training.
