Work Permit Instructions

Any student who would like to apply for a work permit will need to go to the link below and download the electronic application. Your parent/guardian will need to fill it out and electronically sign it. Then you will need to scan or take a picture of your birth certificate. You will need to submit both, the completed application and birth certificate, by emailing them to: [email protected]. You will be notified when you can pick up your work permit at the high school office. If you have any questions, you can email or call the high school office at 724-775-7400.
